About Mihala

Throughout my professional journey, I have encountered and overcome various challenges, including grappling with impostor syndrome, navigating a sense of misalignment in career choices, and confronting periods of uncertainty and self-doubt. These experiences have sparked profound introspection, prompting me to delve deep into understanding my core values and aspirations. Through this process, I have cultivated a keen insight into the intricacies of human behavior and inner narratives, particularly within diverse and cross-cultural environments. Integrating coaching skills into my personal growth journey has been transformative, enabling me to authentically embrace my true self and empower others to embark on their own paths of self-discovery and fulfillment. This fusion of personal growth and coaching expertise drives my passion for guiding individuals towards their highest potential and fulfillment.

Why I work with business people:
Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience working in various corporations across Europe and Asia, spanning from small to large institutions. Commencing my career in banking, I later transitioned to the tech industry before I started consulting, training and coaching. I obtained my Masters degree in Business Administration with the aim to acquire the necessary knowledge needed to build my own. In 2022 I established Kyma.

Why I work with athletes:
Having played volleyball on a competitive level whilst navigating through career transitions in demanding environments, I developed resilience and adaptability. My personal experience of both worlds fuels my passion to help athletes. I want to give back to a community that has shaped me into the person I am today. Supporting athletes in their post-career transition enables me to do that.

My Vision and Mission is to positively impact lives through coaching. As someone who has been fortunate to reap the rewards of coaching - both personally and professionally - I am committed to sharing the same with others.

As an ACC certified professional coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am dedicated to upholding high professional and ethical standards in the field of coaching.
